'One and a Quarter Goblet Squat - OPEX Exercise Library'

'Start the One and a Quarter Goblet Squat with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold the kettlebell in the goblet position. Then squat and rise up 1/4th of the way, return to the bottom of the squat, then drive to full extension. This is one repetition.
