There have been so many studies year, after year, talking about how important it is for people to keep moving. Move more and sit less. One of the reasons is that it really helps your mood. I find, even for myself, it\'s easier just to stay on the couch than it is to get up and go for a run or do some weight training. Studies have proven that yoga in particular is good for boosting gaba in the brain, which is a neurotransmitter. Dancing and resistance training are wonderful for boosting serotonin in the brain. We as fitness instructors tell people just to start off slow. Even if it\'s five minutes a day. it\'s a distraction from your low mood, and it helps from experiencing lethargy. Start slow and build up slowly. Start with 10 minutes in a week and build up to twenty. You will find that getting stronger will do wonders for your mood, and wonders for your self esteem. Exercise will it will really pick you up you will feel like a million bucks. Like I said before, start slow, we don\'t want to see injuries. If you can join us at iHomeFitness.com that would be great. We have all kinds of video\'s for you to watch. We have yoga and resistance training with little to no equipment. Thank you for joining us for our fit tip today and have a wonderful day.'
