'Bob Harper has teamed up with Planet Fitness to bring you a high energy home workout that you’ll coming back to again and again. This simple at home workout was designed for everyone with no equipment needed. So, it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a pro, let’s all get up and get moving together.  First thing you have to do is warm up. Today’s warm up consists of deep breathing, half moon poses, and forward bend stretching. You’ll then move into a cardio boost with simulated jump ropes and jumping jacks before heading into a circuit focused on balance. There, you’ll be doing single leg lifts and holding that position.
