'This fast paced barre workout is easy to follow, but still a very effective total body barre fusion routine. It is a barefoot sculpting routine that never stops moving so you burn fat while strengthening and defining your entire body. Using both the upper and lower body at the same time in compounds moves you get the job done much more quickly and effectively than isolating various muscle groups! It is a low-impact workout that can be done in a small space with just a set of light dumbbells or even without if you are just starting out. This workout is perfect for those who are new to barre because there are lots of repetitions to get the form right!
