'In this video I show you a full core workout routine and explain the importance of core training in calisthenics  Make sure to let me know what you guys want to see next and as always have a gainful day :) ----------------------------------------------------------------- Full Workout  4 Total Sets with a 3 minute rest in between each set. All of the exercises are done back to back with no rest. Your core will be on fire! Let’s get these gains !  Exercise 1  Advanced - Hollow Body Rocks (30-60 seconds) Intermediate – Hollow Body 1 Leg Extensions (30-60 seconds) Beginner – Knee Regressed Hollow Body (30-60 seconds)  Exercise 2 Advanced/ Intermediate  – Weight Shift Planks (3-6 reps each side w/ 5 second hold) Beginner / Intermediate – Static Plank – (30-60 Seconds) Beginner – Knee Regressed Plank (30-60 seconds)  Exercise 3  Advanced – L-Sit (20 seconds) Intermediate – Knee Regresses L-Sit (20 seconds) Beginner – Core Compression (30 Seconds) Make sure you’re pushing yourself and focusing on good form ! Remember to breath in through the nose and out the mouth.
