'This Home Work In with Toronto’s Raptor is Dino-mite'

'Toronto’s very own, Raptor, teamed up with Planet Fitness to bring you this high energy Home Work-In. This simple at home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. There’s no rush here today, so feel free to follow along or go at your own pace.   You know that the first thing you need to do is warm up. Today, you’ll be doing two rounds of neck circles, arm circles, and marching with high knees. This home workout features two circuits that you’ll be doing twice each. The first circuit is butt kickers, push ups, alternating forward lunges, alternating leg drops, and inchworms. After that, you’ll head into the second circuit of fast feet, tricep dips, mountain climbers, donkey kicks, and forearm planks. Once you #DidIt, we’ll cool things down, and wrap things up.
