'Start the Elevator Goblet Squat with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold the kettlebell in the goblet position. Then hinge at the hips and squat. Then drive to 1/4th extension, return to the bottom. Then drive to 1/2 extension, then return to the bottom. Then drive to 3/4ths extension, then return to the bottom. Then drive to full extension.
