'▶ Check out my gear on Kit: https://kit.com/KevinClements Decided on an upper and lower split finally and this is lower day 1 (Monday) Box Squats, Leg Extentions, Leg Curls, DB SLDL, and seated calf raises. Total time for the workout was about 25 minutes, then on to 30 min of stationary bike cardio (LISS). Supposedly burned 678 calories. Food today : Breakfast bowl of Honey Nut Crunch Bran cereal, Lunch PB & J and dinner 2 baked chicken thighs with BBQ sauce, cut creeb beans and garden salad, and 2 pillsbury \"GRands\" bisquits.
