'In the 11 years since we started Arena Fitness, we\'ve noticed some common patterns in the success stories of our clients. Here are your last three steps to creating your own success story at Arena Fitness! Breathing - Diaphragmatic breathing (or belly breathing) is used during exercise to enhance movement by properly engaging the core muscles of the body. One of the most commonly used training cues is \"belly button in, towards the back part of your spine\", which helps instruct good posture, prevent bad form, and increase the body\'s ability to deliver oxygen to all its major muscle groups.  9. Self-Myofascial Release (Rolling Out) - Using your own body weight on a foam roller to massage away soreness to normal soft tissue can help your body improve flexibility, function, performance and help reduce injury.  10. Show Up Early - Preparing your mind as well as your body for exercise is one of the most critical steps you can take. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to your training to ensure you have the best workout possible each and every time.
