Mountain Climbers (x 1 min) Block 2: 1. MB Step-Up + High Knee-Front Press (x 20 each) 2. Tall Kneeling MB Front Raise (x 20) 3. Dynamic Squat Jumps (x 1 min) Complete each exercise in full for the total number of reps per exercise before super-setting with second exercise then progressing to the third.
