Each will be performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest/change over to get in position for the next exercise. Minus the rest periods , it\'s going to be around 30 minutes active work Again I suggest going light with this , you won\'t need crazy weights. But if you want or feel you need to challenge yourself more , then bump up those weights Alternatively , if you have a selection of weights at home or in the gym , have them on standby so you can use heavier dumbbells for certain exercises and lighter for others Well , I think that is enough talking.
