Each of these workouts including today will only take around 20 mins What you will need for each is 3 varying weights of dumbbell A lighter , medium and heavier weight How do these workouts work round 1 - lighter weight - 20 reps round 2 - medium weight - 15 reps round 3 - heavier weight - 10 reps round 4 - medium weight - 15 reps round 5 - lighter weight - 20 reps You can make these workouts as tough as you want to make them by simply upping or lowering each of the weights you choose.
