'Hello guys, I\'m Chinmay Kapoor and this video shows my natural body transformation. This was during the period when I was recovering, It is a completely natural and home workout transformation. I love working out at home. Here I used a simple bar, for doing pull-up exercises and followed a complete bodyweight workout regime along with some exercises that involved the use of 5-10 kg dumbbells. I want to make it clear, I AM NOT A FITNESS FREAK OR A FITNESS TRAINER, I am just SHARING MY EXPERIENCE as I LEARN and EVOLVE just LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I believe in not just looking aesthetic, but having a fit and functional physique as well. I THINK that gyms are not necessary to stay fit, we only need the motivation.
