'Today its a Dumbbell Chest Workout At Home. Carrying on with episode 4 of our light dumbbell workout series from home.   Again in this series showing you how to maximise the use of those light dumbbells that nearly all of us have lying about the house.  Today it\'s time to hit that chest with this at home dumbbell chest workout.  4 exercises that will target all areas of the chest, upper , lower , middle and width   As always with this series , to start 10 reps x 4 sets of each exercises , slow and controlled  If you have more weight and need to , bump up the weight   If you don\'t have any extra weight , work towards bumping those reps up to the 20 rep range for each exercise   Im using a bench in this video but if you don\'t have a bench at home , you can replicate all of these exercise also using an exercise ball which you can pick up super cheap at most sports stores   Again the moto of this series it \'do it light and keep it right\' Looking for nice slow controlled reps , really focusing on the muscle being targeted.
