'Back at the Home Dumbbell HIIT series with this 15 Min Shoulder Workout At Home. Especially with this HIIT format with very little rest between working sets. Or if you want to go a little heavier, make sure you have some lighter weights on stand by as you may quickly need to drop the weight as the workout goes on. A great wee workout for smashing those shoulders when you are super short on time. Again we will be doing 3 exercises back to back , 20 secs on , 10 seconds rest and doing that 4 times before switching to 3 different exercises and repeating the process Enjoy this workout?
