'This is my signature and ultimate warm up, it can be done anywhere. At home, outside, or on the go. This warm up is for all levels. It includes cardio to get our hearts pumping and waking our muscle groups up. A gentle and ease stretch on individual muscles to get them ready to go. It is so important to warm up before working out, because if you don\'t take care here then your muscles aren\'t ready. Make sure you take this warm up before doing any of my workouts.  This warm up along with my workouts are designed rhymically and patterned just like a dance routine. I am a professional dancer, so I developed workouts from my training over the years.
