Its been 4 months of lifting using the Arnold Schwarzenegger workout split which trains each body part twice per week. I have seen some improvement on my back, I have gained some thickness on my legs and my arms have also gotten bigger. Another thing I have been working hard on is increasing the size of my shoulders, they are not where I want them to be yet but they are coming in nicely. I do not like that my legs are getting thicker but that comes with the bulking and compound lifts I guess, I am trying to bulk as slow as possible, whenever I feel I am getting too fat I just cut the calories for a short period before continuing. I currently weight 180 lbs(82 kg), and my goal is to get to 85 kg but be very lean at that weight so even though it looks like I only have 3 kg to go, I am actually still far as I am not very cut right now. I will probably have to gain more than 3 kg and pass 85 kg then cut down to my goal weight. I am patient though for know I plan to improve all my weak point, hard work pays off in the end.
