'Train Like Arnold Schwarzenegger with this tag along adapted workout. This is a 22 min Crossfit style HIIT blended with Arnold Schwarzenegger\'s bodybuilding Series 1 workout from his 1981 publication. Arnold has been one of my biggest influence in the fitness industry. At a young age I used his book as my go-to to learn all there was to be learned about bodybuilding and much more. I owe it to him today for having given me the guidance and basic knowledge that build my foundation for a stronger and fitter body. For this workout, all the the barbell movements can be substituted with dumbbells. Prescribed weights are as follow (weights may vary depending on movement): Beginners: Ladies: 5-15lbs DB for all weighted exercises Men: 10-25lbs DB (15-45lbs barbell or weight bar if available) Intermediate: Ladies: 10-20lbs DB (15-45lbs barbell or weight bar if available) Men: 15-35lbs DB (35-45lbs barbell if available) Advanced: Ladies: 10-35lbs DB (35-45lbs barbell if available) Men: 35-50+lbs DB (45+lbs barbell if available) Enjoy the workout...Series 2 coming soon.
