'A killer 25 minute upper body dumbbell workout today that will leave every muscle in the upper body absolutely burning. The aim here for this upper body dumbbell workout is to do 3 rounds of 3 exercises for each muscle group But we do each muscle group back to back. So for example we do 3 exercises for the shoulders for 10 reps each and repeat that 3 times so the shoulders don\'t get a break. Giving one serious burn We then repeat that process for each muscle in the upper body , the chest , back , shoulder, and arms A great wee routine that gives a serious burn. Beauty is , even with light weights at home. This one burns. Want to make it even tougher , simply up those weights.
