'In todays zeus fitness workout, a dumbbell pull workout from home targeting the back and biceps.   In the previous workout we did a Dumbbell Push Workout At Home which if you missed you can catch here - https://youtu.be/_TtZ67U2Buo  So if we were performing push exercises in that workout, we are following up today with pulling exercises for the upper body  With our pulling exercises , they can only really target the biceps and back and thats exactly what we are doing to do  So grab your dumbbells and lets hit this   Remember a good alternative if you feel you need a longer workout is to do these workouts back to back for a brilliant near 30 minute upper workout   Enjoy this workout?
