'Dynamic Fitness & Strength presents Dynamic Discussions with host Joe Kenn, our V.P. of Performance Education. Each month, Joe and other Dynamic team members hold authentic discussions designed to introduce and expose coaches to some of the most unique expertise and experience in the business. These discussions will range from room layout, room design, programming, equipment, and more.  (NOTE: This recording begins a few minutes into the session)  Some questions tackled this time:  - How can the Strength and Conditioning profession improve and what needs to happen for that to occur? - How to schedule programs for 2 and 3-sport athletes that seem to always be in-season - In-Season Training:  when and how often?  - Different programming for the high school level when dealing with multi sport athletes and time restraints. - Block zero implementation and progression.  - Organizing the tier system for Track and Field - What are you breakdown drills/progressions for linear speed? - What are your thoughts about Olympic benches vs. half racks?
