'This home workout will have you energized and feeling great! Let Planet Fitness trainer, Renee Grey take you through a total-body, home workout packed with strength and cardio moves. Every fitness level can participate and you can choose to follow along or go at your own pace. This workout will exercise all the major muscle groups including glutes, back, chest and more. The session consists of a warm up, cool down and circuit. The circuit consists of 8 exercises. Each is performed for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. The circuit is repeated twice.
