'Video 6 of Fitness 365 - 5 Tips to Manage Stress - Fitness Activity Record from Day 18 to Day 21 Hi, Hello Welcome to my channel Inirah\'s Fitness 365. I am Harini Chandrashekar, Founder of Inirah\'s Fitness 365. In this video, I am going to be speaking about 5 things that I did to reduce my stress. I was supposed to do this in my 4th video. But, I got a folliculitis infection to my ear\'s hair follicle. I consulted an ENT specialist. I am fine now. Please consult a doctor immediately for medical-related problems. Sooner the better. Now, coming back to 5 tips to reduce stress. Let\'s see what are those. 1. Meditation - Yes, an age-old remedy. But it works. It doesn\'t mean you have to sit for hours and meditate. You can totally do it for 5 minutes or an hour. It depends on you. 2. Work Load - One of the biggest problems we face is workload. As we procrastinate, it increases more and stresses us out more and more. The common mistakes we do is - taking everything together. Trying to do it all in a short and impossible duration. In short, having too many things in the bucket. The remedy for this is simple - break your biggest work into small goals and accomplish them. 3. Anxiety - It is our self-induced insecurities that cause anxiety. It is different for different people. So, I am trying not to get anxious. 4. Exercise - One of the best ways to reduce stress is to exercise regularly. You need not join a gym or take a marathon instantly. Take it slowly. Maybe you can start with a walk for 30 minutes every day. This helps. 5. Did you know stress is self-made? Unless you think about it, you won\'t get stressed. So, what I did to overcome this is - I got a stress shifter. I got this ring, I call it the \'Ring of Hope\' . Whenever I feel stressed or feel demotivated in life - I will take a look at it. And I will remember to shift my stressful thoughts to something happy. Cool idea right? Now, my fitness activity record Day 18 to Day 21. With this, I complete 21 days of Fitness 365.
