'Day 15 and finishing the week strong with an awesome 20 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout No Repeat. Here we are taking 30 different exercises , working our way through them with no repeating the same exercise As we tick off each exercise , we get closer to the finish line. We will be hitting each exercise for 30 secs with 10 secs rest to get ready for the next exercise Every muscle group in the body covered here to finish up the week strong.
