'Join us for an ab and chest workout! Keep some weights nearby so you can quickly grab them for the chest work.  When on your back for the ab work, put your hands under your lower back for more back support. You can also modify with single legs or take it to a crunch.  I suggest using 10-15 lbs. for the check work.  I hope you enjoy!'
