'Strength Workout for Judo'

Judo involves your whole body and so I have to strengthen my whole body. I tend to like doing full body workouts at the moment since I can’t actually train Judo.  Leave a comment and Like the Video. In the u21 division, I was ranked 3rd in the World by the end of my Junior career (2017) and now I’m hoping to reach that level of success at the senior level.'
