Mixing it up a little this time by making all the exercises compound exercises rather than focusing on individual muscle groups each time. As always , these workouts may look easy to the eye but are so deceptive , give everyone a killer workout and will have you gasping for the workout to end As always with these workouts , I recommend going light with the weights as it really does get tough. If you need to challenge yourself more , then you can bump up the weights or bump up the amount of rounds you do for a really brutal workout How this workout will work is we start with 5 reps of everything then 10 reps then 15 reps then back to 10 reps and back to 5 reps Will be simple enough explained as you follow along with me .
