'An awesome Home Ladder Workout challenge for you today guys. So the aim of this ladder workout is for you to try and complete it in under 30 minutes. If you don\'t do it in under 30 minutes, you have to finish the workout off and give yourself an extra 10 burprees as punishment Now how this is done is... Have your stop watch at home , whether thats on your phone smart watch or what ever you use. Set a timer on it for 30 minutes. once you push start , you never touch this timer. So even if you have to pause to the Youtube screen to take a break or breath or catch up. You never pause your timer Just let it run, and see if you can complete the workout in under 30 minutes Who know you might even complete it before me. Stop your watch when you\'re done and see what time you get. Let me know in the comments section how you get on and also put your time in the comments. If you can\'t complete in under the 30 minutes. Then give yourself the extra 10 burprees. But also challenge yourself to complete it next time and try and get under those 30 minutes There are 6 exercises in total. We start with 1 rep of each then 2 , then 3 and so on all the way up to 10 reps Apologies for the slight glitch at the end of round 4 , the battery on my mic was dying and needed a quick change but it won\'t effect the workout video
