This is a multi-function smart watch and fitness tracker. The watch works only on my android phone and is not compatible with iPhone. This wristband is great value does everything you need and counts steps accurately. Heart rate monitor works well and the calories seems quite accurate. It’s easy to charge in a USB port and the battery has lasted a few days now with one charge. Bluetooth connection on my phone was straight forward and paired with no issues. You enter information about yourself (sex, age, height, weight), and this sets up the device with settings specific to those parameters (i.e. it will use this for distance etc.) Just wear the watch and go about your day as you would. The watch will recorded all your activities (steps, distance covered, calories consumed) and sleep (light sleep, extremely light, deep sleep and total) and when you get home, open the app on your phone and it will immediately sync all the data from your watch to the APP and you can read everything you did today in detail. I have tested this out now for 1 week and love what I am getting. I can wake up in the morning and check how I slept. Then I can go for my run, and check how that went. That if it can\'t get any better, after my long day at work, I can come home and see how many steps I have done calories I have burnt during the day. Overall I love this product and use it on the daily basis it has actually helped me get fitter, it is a motivational smart watch. Makes me want to do more.
