As always with a resistance band workout you can do this at home, in the gym or on the move A full body workout trying to cover each muscle group. We are hitting 2 exercises per muscle group and repeating the circuit twice. For each exercise we are doing 40 secs of work and 20 secs of rest to get you set for the next exercise As always try and get your bands to give you a good level of resistance so you\'re getting a god burn. You want to be able to complete the reps with good form and the muscles under good tension , struggling a little on the last 1-2 reps If you feel you need a little more.
