'Todays Zeus Fitness video is a 20 Min Leg workout at home with dumbbells . In the previous workout we did a 20 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout using the reverse ladder technique and you guys seem to love the format. So we are back in this video now targeting that lower body in this dumbbell workout Again 6 exercises starting with 10 reps of each , then 9 reps ,then 8 , working our way all the way down to one rep of each exercise. We will be hitting all the major muscles in the legs So grab your dumbbells and a drink and let\'s get ready to ROCK!!!
