'Hello, step siblings! I am pleased to present the first video in my \"Step in Time\" series: 1950s-1960s! You are going to hear my favorite tunes from these two decades :)  This workout is for beginners! If you have never done step before, this is a great place to start! (Intermediate and advanced steppers, you may want to wait for the 1970s step video and beyond).  All you need is yourself and a bench and risers (if you have them!).
