'Keep your shoulders strong for judo whilst at home with this dumbbell only power routine. This workout focuses on building strength, whilst also building muscular endurance by using a high rep range. If you want to make it even MORE difficult, then you can attempt to superset exercises.   This routine can be performed seated or standing, depending on what equipment you have / your preference.
