'15 Deadlifts of 60kg, (or bodyweight) 20 bar jumps, 15 side stepping, 10 hanging leg raises X 2 My deadlifts need a bit of working on, i need to bend me knees a bit more. Another great full body exercise utilising weights with bodyweight stuff. you could even add in somehting else such as shuttle runs or skipping.
