'Onto Day 4 of our no repeat week and back with another 15 min No Repeat Full Body Dumbbell Workout  Great feedback from the first 3 workouts, so let\'s smash another   Again back with another 15 no repeat exercise all done in around just 15 minutes. Who doesn\'t have 15 minutes right?  Again nothing needed but your bodyweight and your dumbbells and doable for anyone from complete beginners to more advanced guys   Beauty is with these workouts. If just starting out , go light. Make it as challenging as you need it to be   The more advanced guys or those looking a tougher workout. Simply up the weight for a greater sweat and burn   As with the previous 3 workouts it will be 15 exercises , 40 seconds of work and 10 secs rest between each   Let\'s do this    ====================================================
