'Level ONE | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment | BURN 50 - 75 calories  Follow along with this quick and fun CARDIO WARM UP, designed to be easy on the knees with NO JUMPING and no transitions to the ground.  Perfectly suited for BEGINNERS, this thorough warm up sequence moves all your joints (knees, hips, ankles and shoulders) through a full range of motion while safely raising your heart rate.  Your whole body will be prepared for whatever you’ve got planned next.   There’s no equipment needed for this simple all standing LOW IMPACT workout, which takes under ten minutes and could very easily be used as an entire workout, too!
