'Today is the first day of 30 days fitness challenge   What exercise we will do thats  i described in this video . So you guys please watch and follow also share with your friends .   Exercise :   Push ups  - Normal push ups                       Incline push ups                        Declined push ups  Squats - Normal squats                 Wide leg squats  Pull ups - Normal grip pull ups                    Close hand grip pull ups   Finally plank - Based on your energy level   Lean boys and girls :   5 reps * 3 sets - push ups  10 reps * 4 sets - squats  4 reps * 3 sets. - pull ups  Plank  - min 1 minutes max energy   Fat boys and girls :   3 reps * 5 sets - push ups  10 reps * 5 sets - squats  2 reps * 5 sets. - pull ups  Plank  - min 2 minutes max energy   Good physique boys and girls :   10 reps * 3 sets - push ups  25 reps * 4 sets - squats  10 reps * 3 sets. - pull ups  Plank  - min 1 minutes max energy   Foods pre-workout :   Before workout you want energy and some proteins for  workouts . Any proteins or food take  20 mints before workout .  Lemon juice  with light sugar before workout   Fat body  before workout :     Lemon medium hot water with light sugar or honey is the best for burning fat .   Stay strong live happy
