'4 Week Progress on Arnold Schwarzenegger Type Workout Split'

'http://bit.ly/Zei0Cz I have been doing the Arnold Schwarzenegger Type Workout Split for about 5 weeks now, so I decided to make this 4 weeks after my first progress video as I said I would. My stomach was bloated when I shot this video so my abs did not look their best in this video. I have naturally thickish legs in comparison to the rest of my body so my aim is to get my legs more cut rather than thickening them. Also note that I make changes to the workout above in each workout depending on how I feel, instead of the 21\'s I might do concentration curls on arm/shoulder day, instead of doing dumbbell pull overs I may do dumbbell flys on chest/back day. Or I just add an extra set or increase the weight (just minor changes like that).  Even though I am a fan of the classic bodybuilding physique that guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane and Serge Nubret had my aim is not to look like them. I just like the use of the compound lifts, I love how the compound lifts increase size and I am just trying out this type of split to see what sort of gains I can get from it. Also I like to see how training body-parts twice a week is in comparison to training them once a week in a 5 day one body part per day split.
