'We are using exercise bands or tubes, as some call them. These exercises work legs, glutes, shoulders, biceps, triceps. Keep you core engaged- belly button to spine, shoulders back with good posture. When going side to side working the legs make sure your knees are slightly bent and you are focusing on lower body. Let me know if you did it. The bands can be purchased at most fitness stores and online. They come in various sizes- the fatter the band the more difficult it will be!
