Part 1 - Warm Up 3 Sets  5x Back Arch on Wall  Hand Stands hold (30 Seconds) 10 - Squat Sprall   Part 2 - Cardio/Circuits  4 Sets of 6 Exercises  20 Squats, 20 Push-Ups, 20 V-Ups, 20 Lunge Jumps, 20 Superman, 5 Burpees  Part 3 - Judo Movement  Leg Extensions  Side to Side  Front to back  (30 Each)  Uchimata Drill  3 Sets of 50 Each Leg'
