'FULL BODY Kettlebell Workout For Judo Fighters  In this video, David takes you through a full body Kettlebell routine that helps to develop explosive strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as body control, making this workout perfect for Judo Fighters, anyone involved in a dynamic grappling sport, or someone wanting to train and look like a fighter.
