'This is the main reason why I no longer require to go insane and lift heavy and injure myself in the process - its really quite simple guys- Bodybuilding is about squeezing and contracting the muscles , not moving a weight from point a to point b that\'s powerlifting , if you can\'t control the positive and negative you are using too much weight , cut the weight back n make sure the muscle is doing all the work , maybe what you need to kick start your growth to another level
