'In this video i run you through a workout i do specifically for Judo. Some body weight exercise and one exercise with a dumbbell or whatever you can grab that\'s heavy enough for you, e.g. a school bag filled with some water bottles. Here\'s what where doing: 3x20 Judo Push ups 3x20 Combo 3 direction lunge 3x20 Single arm rows All of these exercises are to be done one after the other with a 1-2 minutes rest in between and that\'s one set, then you would do it 2 more times. We finish with some Uchi Komi: 50x/side Classic Front entry Uchi Komi 50x/side Ouchi 50x/side Osoto And voila! Done guys.
