'45-minute Winter Time Step Aerobics ❄️Intermediate - Advanced Levels ⛄138 BPM'

'Hi, step siblings! It is now December, which means we are getting into winter :) get into the winter spirit with this themed step class! All the moves and songs have to do with the wintertime (CHECK THE PINNED COMMENT FOR THE LIST OF MOVES!)  There are 3 segments of 32 counts, at 138 beats per minute, so on the faster side. I categorized this workout for intermediate to advanced steppers because of that 138 beats per minute and some of the tricky moves sprinkled in between.  You will need a bench with 0-2 sets of risers. If you don\'t have a bench, you can still do all these moves on the floor! Feel free to modify any moves and change the speed of the video in settings to best fit your personal fitness level! Also, if you want to keep learning moves for longer than I teach then, you can always rewind the video!  Take extra breaks when needed, and when I call out your water/towel breaks!  I hope you enjoy! I am thinking of also releasing a Christmas-themed step soon (I do not celebrate, but the music and potential themed moves could be really fun), so be on the lookout for that!
