'This online tutorial for Edexcel GCSE PE focuses on the five different fitness classes that athletes can use in order to develop specific components of fitness to improve performance. It explores what is involved in each fitness class, what component(s) of fitness it aims to improve and links to a specific sporting example.  In addition, this tutorial examines the advantages and disadvantages of each method of training/fitness class to inform the learner on the different aspects that need to be considered when deciding which is the most suitable when designing a Personal Exercise Programme.'
