'1 Hour Full-Body Strength and Cardio Workout | HIIT, Arms, and Core Routines'

'Hi, fitness friends! Today is a full body cardio and strength mashup of cardio / high intensity interval training moves (HIIT), arms / upper body moves, and core / abs moves! We will be switching between routines that are specifically choreographed to the music for a more fun workout: 2-3 cardio, 1 arms, 1 abs!   For equipment, you will need 1-5 lbs dumbbells and a mat. If you are on carpet or a surface you don\'t mind doing abs on your back on, then no mat is required. Also, if you don\'t have weights, try to find some household items to substitute the light weights (e.g. soup cans, water bottles, 2 small dogs, etc. but be safe tho like no glass plz)! Don\'t want to use weights? Totally okay! Just ball up those fists  as if you are doing kickboxing to engage those arm muscles!  Take modifications when needed; no matter what you are doing, you are still going to be burning some calories, stay moving, and feeling all those muscles engage! Just because you don\'t WANT to do a move doesn\'t mean you CAN\'T do that move. If you have injuries, getting off of a sickness, or lowered flexibility please use your best judgement.
