'The game steal is one of my favourite bootcamp games to play with clients mainly in their warm up. This brings out their competitiveness and is really fun at the same time. Start by placing as many cones as you can in a central area and have them all face down. Select an even number of teams spaced around 10 metres from the cones and place one cone down by each one to show there area. The larger the number of people the greater the time the exercise can happen. On average choose anything from 1-2 minutes and really make them work hard and get competitive. Each team needs to select what order they go in as only 1 person from each side can run at a time. The objective is to be the team finishing with the most cones in their area. - Run to the middle and take a cone and bring it back to your area. - The next person then runs and does the same. - Once your team has 3 cones, you can choose to run to the middle again or run to any other team and steal one cone from them (they are not allowed to prevent you from stealing). - Once you are 30 seconds from the end, shout that everyone can run to get that final maximum effort. - Create a small forfeit for the losing team and a small prize for the winners. This game gets lot\'s of positive feedback so know it would be great for you as well. WATCH NEXT: 4 Bootcamp games https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnvr1Dy6dn0&t=53s ***************
