'Working to make sure I never have to take #bloodpressure medication.  I am a work in progress...I may fall off but I have goals I want to lose 30lbs, 50lbs then 100lbs.  It takes a little longer with hypothyroidism but I\'m determined with the help of God and my trainer Juanito freckle_z #PhillysOprah'
