'Start the Front Plank to Reverse Plank with elbows just below the shoulders, push your body into a straight line, tighten your glutes and abdominal muscles. Then rotate to a side position with your elbow stacked under the shoulder, keep your hips and knees open, then rotate until ending in a supine position keeping the body in a straight line, arms locked out stacked under shoulders.
