'Start the Banded Single Arm Pulldown with feet underneath the hips, in a slightly bent position. Grip a band with one arm locked out straight in front. Initiate with the lat and pull down. Keep your arm extended until your wrist reaches your hip. Then slowly raise your arm back to the starting position.
